Protect this lick against rain and it must not be fed injudiciously together with other NPN-containing feeds. Sufficient pasture and/or roughage must be available at all times. Keep lick troughs filled and prevent gluttonous eating by hungry animals. Before feeding a NPN -Vinegar is an effective remedy against NPN-poisoning. Mix in equal parts with water and dose half a bottel per calf of adult sheep and 2 to 4 bottles per head of cattle (1 bottle= 750ml ).
